How should I store WILE Eau de Parfum?

Store at room temperature and avoid sunlight, so that the scent stays true to its original state. It's best to store in dry areas and avoid storing in the bathroom.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal and Apple Pay.

What is WILE's return policy?

All sales are FINAL. 

WILE advises to always sample our Eau de Parfum by ordering our Sample Set before ordering larger sized bottles.

For damaged/defective orders, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange/refund process. Simply fill out the contact form through the Contact section with your order number. For more info, click here.

Does WILE ship outside the USA?

We are still only based in the USA. At this time we do not ship internationally due to shipping regulations pertaining to the alcohol content of perfumes.

What is the status of my order?

Orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days following when the order was placed and may not always be processed or shipped on weekends. Once an order has shipped, an email will be sent with tracking information.
