Refund Policy

All sales are FINAL.

WILE advises to always sample our Eau de Parfum by ordering our Sample Set before ordering larger sized bottles.

For damaged/defective orders, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange/refund process. Simply fill out the contact form through the Contact section with your order number. After receiving a reply and confirmation of refund, we may ask you to ship the product back to WILE and you have 10 days from confirmation email to do so.

You are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to WILE. Please note that this amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

Package your return item in a well-padded box to prevent damage in transit. Please ensure you receive proof of postage or delivery. We are responsible for your parcel only once it has been received by us. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned, and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Upon acceptance of the refund, we will process your refund within 7 business days, at which time you will be notified by email. Please contact your credit card issuer to confirm when your refund will be issued back to your credit card.

We reserve the right to reject any refunds that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.

We do our best to reply as soon as possible, but please allow 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) to receive a response back.
